１．政策微调之一 联名购房
2014年11月6日之前进入此项目的申请人注意，如果申请人用联名购买的房产来满足投资要求，则此房产必须归属于申请人或者是申请人及其配偶的联名房产（包括丈夫，妻子，民事伴侣，未婚或同性伴侣）。申请人与其朋友或其他并无关联的个人联名购买的房产，现将无法满足申请者的个人的资产要求。

When using property, only the unmortgaged portion of theapplicant‘s own home can be considered. 针对计分积点制（Point-Based System）的Tier1的投资移民申请者们，应要注意英国政府规定，投资者所购买的辛迪加公司（Investment Syndicate Companies）股权或借贷资本的投资，是不被承认和计分的。
