目前LSE已经公布了2023申请季的部分专业调整，包括本科、硕士新增的专业，以及取消的专业。
硕士新开专业
LSE 2023/24学年硕士新开专业包括：
性别研究学院（Department of Gender Studies）
MSc in Gender (Rights and Human Rights)；
治理学院（Department of Government）
MSc in Political Science (Political Behaviour)；
MSc in Political Science (Comparative Politics)；
MSc in Political Science (Global Politics)；
MSc in Political Science (Political Science and Political Economy)；
国际发展学院（Department of International Development）
MSc in Economic Development Policy；
公共政策学院（School of Public Policy）
MPA in Data Science for Public Policy；
欧洲研究院（European Institute）
LSE-Columbia Double Degree in European Politics， Conflict and Culture
该专业是LSE与哥伦比亚大学联合教学的专业；
硕士取消专业
LSE的以下6个硕士课程2023/24学年将不再招生，都隶属于治理学院（Department of Government）：
MSc in Anthropology and Development Management；
MSc in Conflict Studies；
MSc in Comparative Politics；
MSc in Global Politics；
MSc in Political Science and Political Economy；
LSE-PKU Double Degree in Public Administration and Government；
本科新开专业
下面这个是LSE 2023/24学年新开的本科专业，隶属于数学学院（Department of mathematics）：
BSc in Mathematics with Data Science；
这个专业将数学与数据科学的理论基础相结合，其中数学是主要学科，约占整个知识结构的75%；数据科学的学习是站在一个泛泛角度，包括机器学习和人工智能等内容。
目前官网已更新该专业的申请要求：
A-level：A*AA，数学A*；
IB：38分，High Level需要达到7/7/6，数学7；
